David is as personable and responsive as he is when doing his WGN radio program. I called to asks about a referral for an auto refi and he got back to me the next day with positive feedback and a referral. I was truly impressed with his involvement since he was not making any $$ on this but just building goodwill and a loyal following. If I needed a mortgage or financial decision help he’d be number one on my call list. Thank you David.

WOW!! We are long term Chase customers with an ongoing HELOC -- the "product" we've been using is no longer available and we've been searching high and low for something similar to no avail. My wife suggested we try Team Hochberg. Sent an email on Sunday evening - David called me Monday morning with detailed questions of what we were looking for. Shortly thereafter a vendor called, explained the process and sent the two short forms we needed to fill out, along with a short list of documents. I sent those Tuesday morning. Wednesday the credit union called again, as he didn't have our social security numbers. Today is Thursday - and the HELOC is approved, paperwork has started.

I contacted Team Hochberg via email on November 2. On November 3, David called me PERSONALLY in response to my inquiry for a HELOC Loan. I was astounded that he would take the time to call me. On Friday, November 28 my wife Virginia and I signed all the paperwork The following week it was a done deal. Alex at KCT Credit was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
